Our Building Process

Bring in your own plans for a quotation or select one from our range of designs. Meet with our design consultant to customize the design to suit your family’s requirements.

Step 1. Building Site check to view the proposed site with client.

Step 2. We prepare a full quotation based on your specifications. If accepted; Contracts are signed using HIA or Fair Trading Contracts.

Step 3. Plans are lodged with Council.

Step 4. Selections Meeting is Held to choose fittings, fixture, colours we have staff available to guide you in this area.

Step 5. A Building Meeting is held to discuss the building process this is very helpful if you choose to owner build your home. We can guide you step by step.

Step 6. Weekly contact to keep you informed and ensure all your questions are answered and any concerns you have are addressed as they come up.

Step 7. Construction Completed, and a full cleaning team has prepared your house to move in.

Step 8. Your new house carries a 7 year Guarantee on workmanship and a 50 year guarantee on the steel frame.
